This series consists of two registers relating to daily records of general behaviour, sleep patterns, and health of children admitted to Dundas House during 1977-1979. An intervening volume for the period 1/1/1978-26/12/1978 is missing. Volume 1 includes a daily summary of the number of children at Dundas House (including daily numbers of admissions and discharges) and contains day, evening and night reports for each child. The back of the volume contains 3 loose pages of handwritten notes relating to the behaviour and care of a deaf-blind child. Volume 2 includes a daily summary of the number of children at Dundas House (including daily numbers of admissions and discharges) and contains day, evening and night reports for each child. Some language used in these records (which reflects the language used at the time the records were created) may be offensive. This series may contain references to Aboriginal people who have died, which may cause sadness and distress to their relatives. No offence has been intended by making these records available.
